At this time, Gardenda does not accept returns on plants or any garden accessories, all orders are final. We do guarantee every plant and garden accessories will arrive in great condition, and all plants are guaranteed for 30 days after purchase.
In addition, we guarantee all Gardenda.com plants and products to be high quality, true to type, and properly shipped. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your plant or any other orders, you may then refuse to take delivery of all or part of your order and contact us for a refund if you pay upfront. Refunds are given for plant quality issues such as damage in shipment, pest or disease infestation, or if the wrong plant was shipped.
We accept a full refund due to damage in shipment, pest or disease infestation, or if the wrong plant was shipped when you pay by credit card. If you pay in cash on delivery, you can refuse to take the plant.
Note: when you refuse to take delivery of all or part of your order, you do not need to request a refund because you only pay in cash for orders upon delivery.
To request a refund because you do not take the delivery and pay upfront:

- In the subject line, enter “Gardenda Refund” and your order number, a picture to verify that your plant’s situation and provide an explanation of why you are not satisfied
- Please allow us 48 hours to get back to you.
All refund requests must be made within 30 business days from shipment by us. Your refund request will be processed immediately. However, it may take 2-3 business days for it to display on your credit card statement. You can check the status of your refund on the order summary page. If your refund does not appear and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us for further assistance.
You may cancel your plant order prior to shipment for a full refund. However, once we have notified you that the plant order has shipped you may no longer cancel it for a refund. To cancel a plant order email email@example.com. Please be sure to reference your order number.

Wrong plant delivery
We are very careful to label all plant varieties properly and correctly. If your purchase is incorrectly labeled, we will replace your shipment at our expense. Please contact customer service and send us pictures of your incorrectly labeled products, we will send you the replacement or you can refuse to take the plant and it will be sent back to our warehouse. If you pay by credit card, you can request a full refund and pay for the shipping cost.
Instead of returning, we offer 30 days of warranty.
Optional purchased 30-day warranty extension for plants only
Plants can perish for a variety of reasons, which is why we offer a 30-day, one-time replacement warranty (shipping not included) in the form of a store credit available at the time of purchase.
We will need a photo to check if your plant has died. As soon as we receive your photos, we will issue a credit note for the purchase of your replacement plants.
*No refunds will be given for the activation of your warranty.
Note: The shipping costs for replacement plants are at the customer’s expense. Furthermore, the purchase of plants that are not suitable for your growing area or soil type is not included in this guarantee. No refunds will be given for these purchases.
